What New Home Warranties Does American eBuilder Offer?

We have various options for Delaware new home warranties. Our most popular and affordable warranty is the 2+8. In the 2+8, the builder addresses specific warranted defects which occur over the first 2 years. For years 3-10, the Insurer covers specific structural components, which the warranty booklet defines. We also have a HUD-compatible 2+8 warranty, which allows you to market your homes to a customer who is using HUD financing, from FHA and VA to USDA loans.

The 1+9 is another warranty option, if permitted in your geographical area. In the 1+9, the builder is responsible for warranted items during the first year only, and then the Insurer covers load-bearing structural components over years 2-10. Please note that the 1+9 is NOT available if the buyer is using HUD financing.

We also have Delaware 5-year Remodeling warranties for projects such as additions, flips, rehabs and major renovations. Just as in the 10-year warranties, the Remodeling warranty clearly enumerates what is and is not covered.
