flexible usda accepted ten year structural warrantyWe at American eBuilder recognize the fact that builders are both creative and busy, so when developing our program, we knew “flexibility” had to be a key component. Just running a business in general requires flexibility. We understand this and are committed to working with you to ensure a hassle-free and satisfaction-guaranteed experience.

Since your schedule doesn’t always align with normal business hours, our system allows our builder members choose when and where they get their warranties. Any day, any time, any place, as long as you can access the internet, you are in complete control with regards to generating and printing off your warranties when and where you need them.

Flexible Warranty Options

Is the warranty flexible? We offer choices there too. From the sample warranties you may want to hand out to potential buyers, to the real warranties you hand out at closing, customization of a warranty is always a possibility.

Some builders prefer to offer a 1 year builder’s warranty along with a structural warranty. In most states, we offer that option as a 1+9 warranty. If you need a HUD compatible (FHA, VA or USDA type ten year structural warranty) type of warranty, that alternative is available as a 2+8 warranty. You, the builder, take care of workmanship and materials for 1 year and the delivery portions of the major systems plus warranted structural components for 2 years. The structural components continue to be warranted an additional 8 years by American eBuilder’s insurers.

Because warranty claims typically cost much less that the sales price of a home, American eBuilder also offers a selection in coverage with flat rate pricing. This type of coverage allows the members of American eBuilder to plan ahead with their budgets, because they already know the exact cost of each warranty. Please check with your designated sales representative to see if this option is available in your state.

Other options are also available including state-specific warranties. Because of these built-in flexible components, American eBuilder is able to meet the needs of small, medium and large-volume builders. With such a variety of choices, enrolling in the American eBuilder warranty program is an easy one … the only question is, “which warranty is right for your next project?”
