As a member of American eBuilder, you are given a choice regarding the type of warranty you are providing. For example, you can provide the standard 2+8 HUD Compatible Warranty if financing is through FHA, VA or USDA lending. For builders in Texas, we have the option of a 6-year warranty, which is available in both standard and HUD formats.
